Pai Gow Poker is a Westernized version of the ancient Chinese dominoes game "Pai Gow", which means "to make nine". You must arrange your 7 cards into 2 Poker hands - one 5 card and one 2 card hand, so that each of them beats the Dealer's corresponding hand.
